Dr. Garth Andrus, PhD, is a principal in Deloitte’s Human Capital practice. He also serves as the Regional Service Line Leader for the Organization & Talent practice in the Southeast. He has extensive global business experience in more than 15 countries as an expatriate, including residing in both Beijing and London.
Dr. Andrus specializes in the human capital aspects of organizations including the people dimensions related to various organization transformations, redesigning organization structures and processes and designing talent management programs. He has been recognized and quoted in the Wall Street Journal, Chief Executive Magazine, and other major publications.
He earned a Doctorate from Vanderbilt University in Human Resource and Organization Development and also served as a professor of Organization Studies at both Vanderbilt and George Washington Universities.
