Jennifer Stempel, senior manager in the Human Capital practice of Deloitte Consulting LLP, brings more than 15 years of learning experience to the organization.
Jen’s experience in learning includes learning strategy and operations, training design and development, and talent development. Jen has done a significant amount of work in ethics and compliance, with a focus on employee behavior change. Her interest is in helping organizations move from event-based training to continuous learning by taking a more proactive and innovative approach to informal and on-the-job learning.
Jen is Deputy Lead of Deloitte’s Learning & Talent Development practice and serves on Deloitte’s Human Capital Life Sciences leadership team. Jen has presented at the annual Masie learning conference and has been quoted in ASTD’s Training & Development magazine.
Jen holds an EdM from Harvard University and an MBA from Boston University.
