Randy has extensive experience in project leadership roles for consulting services provided in support of HR transformation projects at large-scale organizations. Over the past four years, he has been the lead for consulting services provided in support of high profile global HR transformation initiatives at many of the world’s largest organizations across a variety of industries, including consumer and industrial products, financial services, pharmeceuticals, health care, energy and retail. The scope of these projects included employee populations ranging from 20,000 to 73,000, 73 countries located in all four geographic regions, all HR processes and all phases of transformation from strategy through implementation.
Randy is a graduate of Rutgers University - School of Business where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a minor in Marketing.
