Michael has more than 14 years of consulting experience in business process redesign, project management, system selection, implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning applications and the outsourcing and in-sourcing of Human Resources and Technology. He has led multiple implementations of multi-hospital health care institutions as the Project Manager for Human Resources, Personnel Administration, Benefits Administration, Leave Administration, Payroll, Position Control, Recruiting, Manager Self Service and Employee Self Service.
As a Specialist Leader with Deloitte Consulting LLP, Michael has also worked with clients to optimize HR Service Delivery and to deploy Shared Services solutions. He has helped clients understand both the business and people dimension of change through both technology and optimization projects. He has also helped clients drive significant cost reductions through workforce scheduling as well as pay practice alignment. Michael is currently working on the market offering combining HR Talent Management Strategy with ERP point solution technologies.
