John Malikowski is a principal in Deloitte Consulting’s Human Capital practice with over 20 years of experience in Human Resources (HR) and large scale project management. Over the past 14 years, John has led the PeopleSoft and SAP HR practices at Deloitte at both the regional and national level. He is currently the Global Practice leader for Deloitte’s Workday Practice. He works with many large companies on Global HR Transformation strategy, assessment and implementation.
John speaks and writes frequently on issues related to Global HR transformation and use of HR SaaS and Workday solutions. He has significant experience helping companies analyze potential solutions and leading transition and implementation strategy to help them realize an improved HR service delivery model. John has performed many assessments that help compare on-premise, outsourcing and software-as-a-service HR solutions.
