Meet Dan Rudin

Principal, Deloitte Consulting

As the leader of Deloitte’s Global Human Capital M&A practice, Dan coordinates the delivery of worldwide resources to large multi-national transactions.

Covering both Private Equity and Strategic clients, Dan is responsible for all phases of the transaction lifecycle, from due diligence to post merger integration.

During his tenure at Deloitte, Dan has lead many transactions, representing both strategic and Private Equity buyers. Dan has deep experience in a number of industries, including automotive, consumer products, energy, financial services (banking and insurance), health care, media, telecom and technology, working on numerous consolidations and integration issues.
