Josh Haims is a principal in the Human Capital practice of Deloitte Consulting LLP, with more than 14 years of human capital consulting experience.
Josh’s experiences in human capital include learning and development (including learning strategy, governance, operations improvement, vendor strategies, curriculum transformation, evaluation and employee engagement), talent management, change management, HR technology implementation and risk management/regulatory compliance strategies . Josh’s consulting engagements include a variety of projects such as global learning assessment and redesign, learning program design, risk management, compliance, controls program design and CRM Implementations and talent strategy implementations.
Josh currently leads Deloitte’s learning and development practice and is the co-lead of the global learning services team. Josh has lectured on various human capital related topics for universities, as well as at several industry seminars.
