Erica is a principal in Deloitte’s Human Capital practice. She specializes in Human Resources (HR) Transformation, with an emphasis on the design and implementation of leading edge HR service delivery models for large, global organizations. Her consulting experience includes business process outsourcing, process design, HR program analysis and design, business case development and change leadership – all within the context of large-scale, HR transformation initiatives.

Achieving an on-time go-live for one of the largest, most complex HR Outsourcing implementations in the marketplace. Very few people thought it could be done, but the right combination of teamwork, leadership and commitment pushed us across the finish line.
