Erica is a principal in Deloitte Consulting LLP's Human Capital practice and the leader of the Service Delivery Transformation Consulting Market Offering. She specializes in Human Resources (HR) Transformation, with an emphasis on the design and implementation of leading edge HR service delivery models for large, global organizations. Her 15 years of consulting experience includes business process outsourcing, process design, HR program analysis and design, business case development and change leadership – all within the context of large-scale, HR transformation initiatives.
Throughout her consulting career, she has gained experience working across all aspects of the Service Delivery spectrum, from Outsourcing to Shared Services to technology implementations. Erica is currently serving as the HR Service Delivery Offering Leader within the HR Transformation Service Line in Human Capital.
Erica has a BS in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
