Walt Sokoll is a principal in the Human Capital Practice of Deloitte Consulting LLP with more than 15 years of HR and technology experience. Walt specializes in HR transformation projects and the implementation of human capital technology. Aside from global and domestic HR technology implementations, Walt also has significant experience with HR processes and strategy. He has a wide range of additional consulting experience including software selections, technology roadmaps, business process design projects and organizational assessments.
Walt’s deepest industry experience is in the Media and Entertainment sector. He has worked with more than ten Media and Entertainment companies in his career. He also has worked with clients in telecommunications, financial services, manufacturing, retail and health care.
Walt holds an MBA from New York University and a BA from Tufts University.
