A guide to human resources management (HRM) contributions in the early phase of a buy-side transaction


Too often the potential contribution of the human resources (HR) department is overlooked at the initial stages of a merger and acquisition, and as a result HR contributes too little to the transaction at the point in time when it would add the most value.
