Russ Clarke, director, Deloitte Consulting LLP, co-leads the Workforce Analytics service area of the Human Capital practice. This service focuses on supporting projects involving program implementations with advanced business intelligence capabilities. These capabilities help companies gain visibility into data and support their efforts to make informed and timely “data-driven” business decisions.
Russ’s specialty is human capital strategy and how it applies to the business. He has deep knowledge in talent management solutions and technologies, and Business and Workforce Analytics. He offers a unique perspective in providing consulting services by combining his broad Human Resources (HR) consulting skills with a keen understanding of how HR connects to the operations and finance areas of the business.
Russ has more than 28 years of experience in consulting, industry, and technology. Prior to joining Deloitte, Russ was the founder and CEO of a ventured-backed human capital software company specializing in workforce alignment and analytics technology. Russ established the business, oversaw the growth of the company and the deployment of the technology into Fortune 200 companies.
Russ is a graduate from Rutgers University and a former Infantry Officer in the United States Marine Corps.
