Meet Andrea Smith

Principal, Deloitte Consulting LLP

Andrea Smith is a Principal in Deloitte’s Consumer and Industrial Products practice, and is based in the New Jersey offices of Deloitte. Andrea has over 25 years of industry and consulting experience in enterprise transformation, business process change, information technology strategy, integration systems design and implementation, and Customer Relationship Management.

Andrea focuses on large scale global ERP implementations, risk and scope management of large enterprise transformational efforts, and implementing organizational change. She has advised her clients in such areas as account profitability, and cost-to-serve. She has significant experience in the design of customer facing business processes, business case development, and implementing change.

Prior to joining Deloitte, Andrea spent over 10 years as a Manager of Manufacturing Systems at a large process and industrial products company.

Andrea holds a Master in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University and a Bachelor of Science in Systems Analysis from Miami University.
