Steve Dahl is a national financial management and business transformation leader and the Midwest region leader for Deloitte Consulting LLP’s Public Sector practice.
Steve is currently or has recently served as the project director for several projects for multiple mid-western states and cities. He has extensive experience in process, organizational and system assessments, as well as business and technical strategy with qualitative and quantitative supporting business cases/financial models. Steve has also worked on the implementation of those strategies and has extensive experience in budgeting, planning and forecasting; shared services; technology package configuration and implementation; business process and organizational re-design; and project and program management including quality assurance/risk management, communications, and change management.
Steve is a certified public accountant. He graduated summa cum laude and was a Scholastic All American from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
