    Courtney Thayer is the Midwest provider leader, and serves as the leader for the Revenue Cycle Analytic Center where she is responsible for building innovative solutions in the areas of predictive modelling and analytics including our Revenue IntellectTM subscription solution. With over 18 years of experience in the healthcare provider industry, Courtney is eminent in the revenue cycle enhancement arena focusing on integrated delivery systems, academic medical organizations and large multi-facility and multi-state provider organizations.
  • Jonathon Hess
    Senior Manager, Deloitte Consulting LLP
    Jonathon Hess is a Senior Manager that oversees Deloitte Consulting's Revenue Cycle Analytic and Assessment Center and the Revenue IntellectTM product development. Jonathon has 15 years of consulting experience in the physician practice and hospital setting. Jonathon's experience is in designing and implementing tools and processes that improve healthcare organizational revenue cycle performance through increased net revenue, cash acceleration and cost efficiency.
