Joe Fantasia is a Director with Deloitte Consulting LLP’s Supply Chain Strategy practice, and is the national leader of the Logistics and Distribution service offering. He has more than 30 years of consulting and industry experience in logistics and supply chain management.
Joe has provided consulting services to numerous consumer products and retail companies to help them develop and implement supply chain strategies that improve order fulfillment while reducing costs and inventory investments. Joe has authored articles for leading publications, including Best Practices Digest and Chain Store Age. He has presented at several professional association conferences, including the National Association of Chain Drug Stores and the National Retail Federation.
Prior to joining Deloitte, Joe was Vice President of Operations for a leading athletic footwear and apparel company.
