As a leader in Deloitte Consulting’s Customer practice and CMO services, Frances has spent the past 17 years working with Fortune 500 brands to redesign customer and channel strategy, launch digital businesses and organizations, improve sales and marketing effectiveness and ROI and move marketing from a cost center to a revenue center.

She also co-leads Deloitte Consulting’s Marketing ROI offering, with a focus on managing investments across sales, marketing and channels. As one of the leaders for both Deloitte Consulting’s Chief Marketing Officer Lab and Chief Digital Officer Lab, she has the opportunity to work with CMOs and CDOs of Fortune 500 firms to develop their priorities and 180-day plans during periods of transformation or transition.

Frances frequently speaks at industry conferences on topics such as the future of digital business models and marketing ROI, and has guest-lectured at leading business schools including Wharton and the Kellogg School of Management. She also writes for publications such as Advertising Age and on value creation issues facing CMOs. Most recently, she co-authored a CMO report on “Bridging the Digital Divide.”
