Rodney Sides, Principal, Deloitte Consulting LLP

For more than 19 years, Rodney R. Sides, a principal with Deloitte Consulting LLP, has helped companies across multiple industries in their efforts to develop enterprise-wide improvements in selling, general and administrative costs, as well as other operating expenses. With a bias toward action, Rod helps clients develop practical strategies that can be quickly implemented to help drive performance to the next level. And through a deep functional proficiency in back-office functions, Rod has also helped many clients overhaul their financial management processes through finance transformations that result in greater efficiency and effectiveness through improved processes and technology.

Rod recently shifted his focus to value improvement, having previously focused on providing services to support client projects involving such issues as staff reductions through organizational redesign, strategic sourcing and operational improvements. As a leader in the development of our Value Targeting Approach, he has assisted executive teams in their efforts to analyze various strategic alternatives and focus on those that increase overall enterprise value.

Rod earned a bachelor of science degree from Wake Forest University.
