Carolyn Vavrek is a principal in Deloitte Consulting LLP with more than 15 years of diverse corporate and consulting experience in the field of human resources and mergers and acquisitions. She is a leader in our HR Transformation service area and leads the West Coast Human Capital M&A practice.
Carolyn has experience in all areas of the M&A life cycle and a thorough knowledge in strategic planning, organization design and selection, workforce retention and transition, compensation and benefits, executive contracts, change management and communications. She has managed all aspects of large-scale HR and business transformations.
