Meet Chris Park

Chris Park, principal with  Deloitte Consulting LLP, believes that sustainable design should offer value not just to the company but also to the surrounding community. As lead principal for the Enterprise Sustainability service line, Chris is designing a set of consultative services for companies based on improving social and environmental performance, including sustainability, corporate responsibility and climate change.

Recognizing the growing importance of improved social and environmental performance, Chris has defined the elements of the "Wholly Sustainable Enterprise," an organization that generates growth, profitability and value by transforming itself to use sustainable practices. Such transformations can take place across five critical dimensions: the workplace, the work force, products and services, functions and processes, and governance.

With more than 14 years of consulting experience with Deloitte, Chris has served companies in the life sciences, health care, manufacturing, education, financial and retail sectors. He also is a member of Deloitte’s Global Environment & Sustainability Group (GESG).

Chris is a registered architect and holds both a master of business administration degree and a bachelor's degree in architecture from the University of Michigan.

"We help our clients improve their environmental and social performance in an economically sound way. What better way to drive real value than to do the right things for our clients while making the world a better place for future generations?"

Proudest Moment

Chris is leading efforts to define and expand the Deloitte LLP firms’ cross-functional service offerings around corporate responsibility and sustainability, linking together traditional environmental, social responsibility and sustainability consulting to help clients tackle issues related to climate change, carbon management, energy strategy and more. The organization’s services are intended to provide clients a structured approach and framework to drive business case and value initiatives that support sustainability, environmental and corporate social responsibility, or CSR, activities.
