Meet John M. Norkus

Principal, Enterprise Applications, Deloitte Consulting LLP

John Norkus has spent the majority of his adult life driving business value through the use of IT. As a principal in the Enterprise Applications service area of Deloitte Consulting LLP and the People lead for the Pricing and Profitability Management practice, John has led some of the largest and most complex corporate transformations. He combines traditional operations and implementation consulting services with human capital, tax, finance and risk services to help his clients in their efforts to achieve a comprehensive, sustainable and complete business solution.

John’s transformation work spans multiple industries including Consumer Business, Manufacturing, Telecommunications, Media, High Technology, Financial Services and Health Care.

In John’s 20 years with Deloitte, he has served as the national leader for the Revenue Enhancement set of services, led Deloitte’s largest client, and was a charter member of Deloitte’s Global Customer Relationship Management (CRM) practice.

John holds a bachelor’s degree in aeronautical engineering and a master of business administration degree, both from the University of Illinois. He co-authored the Deloitte ValueMap TM, which links operations levers directly to company shareholder value. Additionally, John has contributed to various industry and business publications.
