Meet Vicky Levy
Principal, Deloitte Consulting LLP
Vicky is a principal of Deloitte Consulting LLP and leads the Customer and Marketing Strategy service offering in the U.S. Strategy practice, Monitor Deloitte. She has over 17 years of commercial strategy and commercial transformation experience and joined Deloitte through its acquisition of Monitor Group in 2013. While at Monitor, Vicky held a number of leadership roles, including leading one of the firm's longest-standing and largest client relationships, leading the life sciences sector, leading the global marketing and pricing practice and overseeing aspects of the firm's strategy and operations as an active member of the Global Executive team.
Vicky has two primary passions in advisory services — marketing and marketing transformation in the service of chief commercial and marketing officers and the transformation of the health care industry — specifically, in the life sciences sector. In the former, she is involved with multiple CMO forums and networks, including the Marketing 50, a World 50 Global CMO forum. She advises CMOs across the wide range of growth and commercial issues they typically face. Her work in life sciences spans R&D, commercial and execution. She is an expert in helping her clients address the typical challenges they face (e.g., launching a product and new market entry) as well as the exceptional challenges (e.g., developing new and innovative go-to-market models). She is currently deeply focused on how companies are disrupting and being disrupted by data proliferation and evolving care models anchored in value-based care. Not only does Vicky help her clients answer and address growth challenges, she also helps them identify and build the capabilities they require to address the rapidly changing competitive environment.
While her work has spanned multiple industries including consumer packaged goods, financial services and B2B (outsourcing and hi-tech), her deep area of expertise is in life sciences. She has personally worked with eight of the top 10 global pharmaceutical companies as well as with a range of small to mid-size pharma companies and biotechs. Her clients are global and her work spans the U.S., Europe and Latin America.
Vicky received her MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and her BA with honors from Amherst College. Vicky is fluent in English and Spanish and she enjoys global travel as well as spending time in her mountain home in Stowe, Vermont.
