When Fortune 100 companies need Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) consulting support involving integration infrastructures, organization design, and process solutions, they call on Rich Spear. With more than 19 years of experience leading consulting services to large organizations in support of their complex technology-supported business transformations, Rich serves as a director within Deloitte’s Systems Integration service line. In addition, Rich works closely on Deloitte’s alliance efforts with major business process management (BPM) and SOA vendors, and leads the development and delivery of Deloitte’s Services Thinking market offering.
Rich has assisted numerous companies, including multiple Fortune 100 companies, in their efforts to establish integration capabilities, implement transformational business integration solutions and establish internal centers for integration delivery. His projects have included assisting clients in evaluating integration technology and establishing integration competency centers. He also has helped define the integration strategy with some of the nation’s largest energy trading companies.
