He is also a member of the US CFO Program leadership team and is an established and experienced subject matter professional/specialist in the area of finance strategy..

Bob is an established and experienced subject matter professional/specialist in the area of Finance Strategy. He has provided leadership support on several cross-industry projects helping clients in their efforts to design and implement finance transformation initiatives. He is recognized for his very strong competencies in the areas of consolidations and reporting, management reporting and forecast, planning and analysis as well as finance organization transformation.

Bob received a Masters of Business Administration from Emory University.

Bob led the Deloitte team on a global Finance and HR Transformation project for a large Consumer Products organization. The project entailed transforming many aspects of finance and touched upon various finance processes and organizations. The team helped the organization to create Global KPI's and a worldwide management reporting structure, which was put into place to support and report on the new KPI's. Economic Profit concepts were introduced throughout the organization and global budgeting and planning was changed. The historic approach to consolidations was transformed to help the organization to efficiently close the books and integrate acquisitions. The project helped to reduce the overall cost of finance by 20% while increasing the effectiveness of the function.
