Dennis Schultz is a Strategy and Operations principal and the federal offering lead for Deloitte Consulting LLP’s Real Estate & Location Strategy practice. Combined with his previous experience as an audit manager for the US Air Force, he has over 20 years’ experience providing consulting, logistics analysis, business process re-engineering, system integration, and performance improvement support to the Federal Government. His primary clients have been in the Department of Defense, where he has led many US Air Force and US Army delivery teams in the delivery of real estate, supply chain management, business transformation, data analytics, enterprise resource management, product life cycle management, and systems system modernization initiatives. He is also an offering lead in Deloitte’s Federal Supply Chain Management practice where he concentrates on providing enterprise solutions to Department of Defense leaders in the area of logistics transformation.
