Meet Amy Feirn

Today's tough economic environment challenges health systems to employ revenue and receivable management solutions that will optimize cash flows, improve revenues and contain costs to enhance bottom line financial results. Amy Feirn has dedicated her consulting career to advising and teaming with clients in the health care industry to help create long term strategic visions to identify and implement solutions to difficult multi faced problems, including shared service design and implementation, patient financial services redesign, patient experience improvement, patient access reengineering and improved charge processing to accelerate cash flow, recover net revenue and decrease costs.
Amy has provided professional services to integrated delivery systems, academic medical centers, health systems and medical groups and has published on topics such as Patient Experience and Revenue Cycle Assessment methodology.
Amy received her B.A. in Business Administration from Rhodes College and her M.B.A from Louisiana State University. She serves as National Practice Leader of Deloitte Consulting’s Service Operations service line and the Southeast and MidAmerica regional leader for the Revenue Cycle practice.
