Amy Winsor is a principal with Deloitte Consulting LLP with over 25 years combined industry and client service experience. While with Deloitte Consulting, Amy has led several Finance Transformation engagements for some of our largest national and global clients. In addition to advising the CFO on their Finance Transformation journey, Amy also has experience with complex Service Delivery/Shared Services engagements and M&A Integrations/Carve-outs. Prior to joining Deloitte, Amy served as a finance officer with a diversified financial services provider, developing broad based skills in the critical spectrum of financial reporting and analysis, controllership, treasury, planning and performance management, investment management, tax and cost management.
In addition to her work with clients, Amy serves as the Chief Talent Officer for Deloitte Consulting’s Strategy & Operations service area. In her role, Amy will focus on advancing our talent strategy and further aligning it with our key recruiting, learning & development and performance management initiatives. She will work in collaboration with other service area talent leaders to drive Consulting’s talent agenda and build a community where leaders thrive.
