Rob Grossman is a principal with Deloitte Consulting LLP and serves as the Chief Operations Officer of the Strategy & Operations practice. Rob has 20 years of experience in corporate and financial strategy matters, with knowledge in shareholder value, strategic planning, growth and innovation, capital allocation and financial transactions such as mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures. From 1997-2009, Rob was responsible for M&A and investment activities undertaken by Deloitte LLP and its affiliates. During this time he completed more than 50 transactions involving companies headquartered across North America, South America, Europe, Asia and Australia. Aside from Deloitte, clients Rob has served include several private equity firms, retailers, consumer packaged goods companies, healthcare providers and real estate firms.
