John delivers profit, volume, or market share by improving sales, marketing and customer service through actionable strategy, streamlined operations and efficient technologies. As a principal of Deloitte Consulting LLP in the U.S. Strategy service line Monitor Deloitte, John has led some of the largest and most complex corporate transformations to achieve reportable benefits and sustainable business results.
John’s transformation work spans multiple industries including Consumer Business, Manufacturing, Telecommunications, Media, High Technology, Financial Services and Health Care.
In John’s 24 years with Deloitte, he has served to establish the Pricing and Profitability Management practice globally, was the national leader for the Revenue Enhancement set of services, led Deloitte’s largest client, and was a charter member of Deloitte’s Global Customer Relationship Management (CRM) practice.
John holds a bachelor’s degree in aeronautical engineering and a master of business administration degree, both from the University of Illinois. He co-authored the Deloitte ValueMap TM, which links operations levers directly to company shareholder value. Additionally, John has contributed to various industry and business publications, most recently co-authoring a book on Pricing and Profitability Management.
