Dan is a principal with Deloitte Consulting LLP’s Strategy and Operations practice. He has over 20 years of experience providing services designed to help companies improve end-to-end supply chain performance.
He is the national lead for the Working Capital Management practice and the regional lead for the Consumer and Industrial Products practice of Deloitte Consulting LLP. Dan has led consulting services engagements in support of numerous transformation efforts, helping companies achieve working capital performance improvements of 20 to 30 percent by upgrading core supply chain and financial processes, organizations and systems.
Dan also works with and advises companies on topics such as supply chain strategy, supply chain planning, bracket pricing/cost to serve, business simplification and strategic sourcing of direct and indirect materials.
Dan earned his master of business administration degree from the University of Chicago and his bachelor's degree in Engineering from the University of Illinois.
