Thomas leads Deloitte Consulting LLP’s U.S. Customer Strategy practice and has close to 20 years of experience helping companies to improve aspects of their customer interactions. He has developed strategies to help reduce operating costs, improve profitability, and increase customer satisfaction across sales, marketing, and service for global and U.S. companies within the Financial Services, Professional Services, Telecommunications, Media and Entertainment, Consumer and Industrial Products, and Hospitality industries.
Thomas has done extensive work with companies in the area of customer experience management, marketing communications strategies, branding, market assessment, customer segmentation and targeting, customer insights and analytics, customer contact centers systems and operations assessment, and evaluation of enabling customer relationship management technologies.
Prior to joining Deloitte Consulting LLP, Thomas was an Associate Partner and a lead member of the CRM Strategy practice at IBM Global Business Services.
