Meet Melanie Langsett

Melanie is the principal in charge of Deloitte Consulting LLP’s Benefits Administration & Operations service offering. Ms. Langsett has over 25 years of employee benefit administration and consulting experience serving a wide variety of organizations that include Fortune 500, non-profit, and public sector clients. Over her career she has both administered employee benefit plans and consulted to employers regarding their benefit strategy, design, and delivery. She has led many vendor selection project lifecycles from business case through implementation. Her leadership role encompasses the development of new service solutions and leading practices, new methodologies and quality assurance protocols, and contemporary approaches to vendor contracting and vendor management.
Melanie is frequently asked to speak at outsourcing vendor events and has provided numerous training sessions for plan sponsors on best practices in vendor selection.
