Rick Wildt, Principal, Deloitte Consulting LLP, serves as a member of the leadership team for Deloitte’s Total Rewards practice and leads Deloitte’s Human Capital practice in the Boston office.
He has over 19 years experience in HR and benefits consulting. His client engagement roles have included strategy development, program/plan design, pricing, and implementation & administration of executive compensation and benefit programs, employee benefit programs, HR compliance programs, and talent and global rewards programs. His experience spans many industries, with a particular focus on Retail and Consumer & Industrial Products as well as Financial Services organizations.
Rick has worked closely with several Global Fortune 500 organizations assisting them in the development of talent and rewards program strategies for their U.S. and Global workforces. In this capacity, Rick helps his clients to optimize the ROI of their HR, Talent and Rewards programs in an efficient and compliant manner. Over the past few years, Rick has been focused on helping organizations reevaluate how they design and deliver their Global Mobility programs.
