Meet Doug Short

Principal, Deloitte Consulting LLP

Doug Short has over 20 years experience in the consulting business, with experience spanning the downstream and upstream energy sectors including exploration, production, commercial, downstream and retail. He focuses on SAP transformation and strategy assignments within the oil and gas sector assisting global clients with their enterprise systems environments. Doug has worked with major integrated oil companies on a wide variety of business projects including acquisition, divestiture and post merger integration assistance; shared services transformation; business process outsourcing and business transformations such as globalization. He has also participated in several evaluation teams, analyzing business process and systems improvement opportunities and developing recommended courses of action and implementation plans.
