The government stimulus package will likely further transform the evolution agenda for every health care provider in the country. For more than 25 years, Tony Obey has been dedicated to helping health care providers, software vendors and life sciences organizations in their efforts to navigate strategically through change and performance improvement.
Tony’s management consulting experience in the health care industry focuses primarily on supporting such activities as enterprise strategic planning, operational improvement, enterprise transformation, information technology strategic planning, technology development and large-scale technology implementations. He works with academic medical centers, large multi-hospital organizations, community hospitals, children’s hospitals, life sciences companies and faculty practice plan organizations.
Tony has significant experience with assisting emerging technology companies with their business and technology strategy and application development activities. In addition, Tony has national leadership responsibility for Deloitte Consulting LLP’s Clinical Information Systems and Revenue Cycle Information System practices.
