Proudest Career Moment

“One of my proudest moments is when I helped a global 50 corporation with over 150,000 SAP users implement shared SAP technical architecture, operations and support services. As a result, the client was able to reduce their SAP operations, maintenance and support costs by 30 percent, while improving the service levels received by most of their business units.”

“A culture where line and functional managers are reluctant to commit to quantified benefit targets is the single biggest barrier to that corporation’s ability to attain excellence.”
