Michelle Seale is a senior manager with Deloitte Consulting LLP and leads the Human Capital practice in Houston. She has more than 15 years of project management experience.
Michelle has led the integration efforts for several utility mergers including organization design, employee experience, communications planning and execution. She also has experience in the areas of change management, training development and delivery, business process improvement, leadership development, succession planning and performance management. Michelle has led organization and change initiatives focused on culture assessments, change impact assessments, organizational readiness assessments and risk assessments. She has developed strategies employing a wide variety of tools and techniques to help mitigate the results of these assessments including, but not limited to, stakeholder management, communication planning, training development and delivery. She has led a process reengineering effort and subsequent organizational design for a learning operating model. Michelle has also led the change management and training activities associated with the implementation of ERP solutions.
