Rick is the leader of Deloitte’s Global Benchmarking Center (GBC). Deloitte’s GBC helps executives quantify and identify improvement opportunities through industry-specific process benchmarking. To date, Deloitte has completed more than 1,178 client studies. Over his career, Rick has presented benchmark study results to hundreds of senior-level executives at leading companies.
Prior to joining Deloitte, Rick was a president at a renowned benchmarking firm, and over a period of 10 years, engineered its world-class benchmarking and research methodology and business. As part of that role, he worked with senior executives of the Fortune 100 on business issues across selling, general and administrative areas (SG&A), specifically, finance, information technology, human capital and procurement.
Prior, Rick was a partner at a large professional services firm, where he was responsible for building the firm’s benchmarking capabilities. A sought-after speaker and recognized thought-leader in benchmarking and research, he has more than 25 years of professional and consulting experience.
Rick holds a bachelor’s degree with honors in accounting from the University of Connecticut.
