Hobart Harris, Ph.D., is a senior lead in Deloitte Consulting LLP’s Outsourcing Advisory Services practice. He specializes in developing business process outsourcing (BPO) strategies and in managing the transactions that implement them. Most of Dr. Harris’ work has been for BPO clients in loan servicing, back office bank processes, call centers, manufacturing and human resources services. In addition, Dr. Harris has helped negotiate multitower BPO and information technology sourcing contracts and has performed forensic reviews of in-flight agreements.
Dr. Harris has a Ph.D. in social psychology from the University of Pittsburgh.
