Marcy is a principal with Deloitte & Touche LLP and is the leader of Deloitte’s government pricing service offering. With more than 15 years of experience in life sciences and health care consulting, Marcy specializes in providing commercial compliance services and solutions to life sciences companies. Her primary focus is helping clients address government pricing programs such as the Medicaid drug rebate, Medicare Part B, Federal Supply Schedule, Public Health Service/340B, and state supplemental rebate programs.
Mary also provides consulting assistance to life sciences clients in addressing commercial compliance risk areas including, among others, interactions with health care professionals, customers, and other influencers of drug purchases. Her experience includes helping clients develop, enhance and assess compliance programs; conducting compliance and internal audits; performing assessments for business process improvement initiatives; conducting integration projects related to corporate mergers and acquisitions; and performing Corporate Integrity Agreement gap and readiness assessments.
Marcy has bachelor’s degrees in economics and international studies from Yale University.
