Gina is a partner based in the New York office of Deloitte & Touche LLP. She has more than 18 years of experience in the brokerage industry and significant experience serving retail brokerage and clearing clients, including a Securities Investor Protection Corporation (SIPC) liquidation and a Sarbanes-Oxley implementation project at one of the largest retail brokerage organizations in the United States.
During her tenure with Deloitte, Gina has assisted clients with regulatory matters and operations assessments, including 15c3-1 (net capital), 15c3-3 (reserve computation), and both domestic and international operations consisting of areas such as clearance and settlement, dividends and interest, reorganizations, stock-record reconciliations, margin, pricing, and transfers.
Gina has served as the securities industry learning leader at Deloitte, responsible for coordinating and establishing national training for Deloitte’s professionals serving clients in the securities industry. She has also been an adjunct professor at the Gabelli School of Business at Fordham University.
Gina holds a degree from the Gabelli School of Business at Fordham University and she has a Bachelor of Science with a concentration in Accounting.
