ABCP Suite™ supports program components and interrelationships by giving business users the ability to define the specifics of a deal, including:
- Legal structure of the special purpose vehicle (SPV)
- Fees to be calculated for each deal
- Interest calculation for each deal/investment
- Invoices for each seller/investment
- Deal level liquidity and credit enhancements
- Swaps, caps or floors associated with the deal
In addition to the deal components, users can define:
- Program liquidity and credit enhancements
- Funding pools
- SPV expenses
- Cash accounts and related deposits and withdrawals
- Accounting entries for the SPV
Real-time trading desktop
The trading desktop provides the tools to enter and confirm funding decisions for each day by currency. Typical funding instruments for these vehicles are supported. The funding position for each deal, as well as the SPV, can be viewed on a real-time basis in any currency.
Risk mitigation
Deloitte’s robust audit controls permanently log the results of all data changes, calculations, configuration changes and user access updates. All processes are logged with user and timestamp information. User security functionality allows for customized application access rights for users across the organization.

With its centralized data repository and robust reporting tools, ABCP Suite™ provides investor and management reporting that goes beyond a single transaction.
