Meet Bryan Anderson

Partner, Deloitte & Touche LLP

Bryan Anderson focuses on the technology, media and telecommunication industries for the Financial Accounting, Valuation & Securitization (FAV&S) market offering. He has more than 16 years of experience in public accounting providing assurance and advisory services to start-ups, mid-size and large multinational companies. Bryan is a national technical resource in regard to revenue recognition, with a focus on multiple element arrangements and software recognition guidance.

He specializes in assisting clients evaluate and enhance their current revenue processes, assess the potential impact of the proposed revenue standard, and implement revenue changes throughout the organization. Bryan has assisted many companies with the adoption of the multiple element guidance, International Financial Reporting Standards conversions, and restatements. These projects required an extensive understanding of the accounting guidance, financial reporting process, and controls, and a pragmatic approach to solution development.

Bryan also focuses on assisting clients with other complex accounting matters such as carve-outs, initial public offerings and registration statements.

Bryan is a Certified Public Accountant in the states of New York, Connecticut, New Jersey and Nebraska, and a member of the AICPA. He has a B.B.A in Accounting & Finance from the University of Arizona.
