- Compliance: Provides services in support of security payment activity, including asset and portfolio criteria compliance, priority of cash flow distributions, and events of defaults for collateralized debt obligations (CDO), collateralized bond obligations (CBO), collateralized loan obligations (CLO), hybrid transactions and structured funds.
- Transactions: Assists with quantitative services supporting capital raising through securities issuances and structured products transactions, including asset level due diligence, advanced analytics, capital structure and cash flow modeling, and associated documentation reviews
