Kevin has over 16 years of merger and acquisition professional experience. He is the partner responsible for the New England merger and acquisition services group, with overall responsibility for transaction services provided by Deloitte in that region. He is also a member of the U.S. mergers and acquisitions leadership team.
Kevin’s areas of expertise include private equity transactions, corporate mega-mergers, leveraged buyouts and SEC rules and regulations. Kevin serves as the lead client service partner for several of our significant private equity and strategic clients. As a lead client service partner, Kevin facilitates the coordination of Deloitte relationships globally, with responsibility for managing the overall delivery and quality of our services. Kevin’s hands-on approach to client service and focus on Deloitte’s commitment to our clients, brings swift and decisive action to meet our client’s needs anywhere in the world.
Kevin is a graduate of the Carroll School of Management at Boston College.
