Proudest Career Moments
Two transactions stand out. The first revolves around our partnering with our private equity investor client to build a large Senior Care Company in. The work involved helping integrate multiple acquisitions (from v small to large) while also building a stable platform for growth. The CFO noted “we couldn’t have done this without you."
The second was for a leading diversified financial services organization, who wasn’t diversified when we began working with them. We worked with leadership to help them think through governance and operating implications of diversifying, highlighting a range of critical ‘to-dos’ as acquisitions came on-line. That work has formed the basis for one of the more radical transformations in financial services in recent times.
