Talent 2020 is Deloitte’s global survey series conducted to explore talent strategies and unfolding trends that are expected to influence the next decade and beyond. The series features results from large businesses worldwide in the Americas, Asia Pacific, and Europe, the Middle East, and Africa across all industries.
The Talent 2020 series follows the Managing talent in a turbulent economy longitudinal survey series which took the pulse of business and talent leaders in the marketplace as organizations navigated through shifting economic conditions in 2009 and 2010.
