Mass Career Customization at Google |
Marketplace interest in Mass Career Customization™ and the Corporate Lattice™ remains strong and Deloitte continues to receive client inquiries to learn more about these talent innovations. One recent invitation came from well-known innovator Google where Deloitte chief talent officer, and co-author of The Wall Street Journal bestseller Mass Career Customization: Aligning the Workplace with Today’s Nontraditional Workforce, Cathy Benko addressed a packed auditorium. The interactive session, which was simulcast to Google offices worldwide, was moderated by Google’s Sukhinder Singh Cassidy, President of Asia Pacific and Latin America Operations and one of Fortune’s "50 Most Powerful Women."
Marked by provocative questions from an audience clearly well-versed in the content, the session sparked continuing discussion throughout the organization. As one Google leader commented, "The hallway chatter afterwards was very, very positive. I could tell that people were really taking the discussion to heart."
Google maintains a longstanding tradition of inviting external speakers to address their organization on a variety of topics, and then making them available via their YouTube channels. Past speakers include Hillary Rodham Clinton, Michael Bloomberg and Henry Kissinger.
