An extensive academic and professional background in computer science and experience working with professional services firms has helped me fully understand client needs and provide technical solutions to address them.
In my current role, I have both supported and led the development of innovative analytics solutions in collaboration with internal subject matter experts, working together with the client to get input into the new product. My team and I develop prototypes to demonstrate new applications of advanced analytics technologies, and I also evaluate new technologies, contributing to thought leadership pieces.
My most memorable project at Deloitte U.S. was analyzing social media data for two clients in the Consumer & Industrial Products industry. The project team collected data references to the clients and their products on social media, and helped them determine how to integrate social media into their existing marketing efforts. My team used a variety of social media analytics technologies and collaborated with industry experts to interpret the gathered data and then presented it to the clients. Working with the clients gave me great insights into the importance and relevance of social media in growing a business and maintaining its reputation. This knowledge has also proven beneficial in serving other clients as well.
