Alex Carleton is Senior Operational Leader of DATA. She joined Deloitte in May 2011 with the acquisition of substantially all the assets of Oco, Inc. (Oco ), a leading provider of enterprise-class Software as a Service (SaaS) Business Intelligence solutions, where she was Chief Operating Officer.
As a founding member of Oco, Alex worked to cultivate Oco’s enterprise-class business intelligence solutions with a dedicated focus on delivering value to customers. As COO, Alex oversaw the day-to-day execution of all activities of the company. Prior to being named COO, she held the position of Chief Administrative Officer and directed a variety of functions including finance and administration, contracting, customer services and human resources.
Before joining Oco, Alex held senior and management positions with Bose Corporation, Emerson & Cuming Composite Materials, Inc. and Slade Gorton & Co., Inc. She has broad industry experience including manufacturing, consumer products, distribution, and wholesale perishables and has held positions in finance, inventory management, purchasing, marketing and sales. Alex holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Smith College.
