Sustainability Cash Flow Improvement
Our sustainability cash flow improvement services are designed to help companies in their efforts to identify and execute sustainability, energy, carbon and corporate responsibility initiatives that can immediately reduce costs, improve cash flow or raise revenue – with an emphasis on measurable, near-term return on investment.
We can help your company in its efforts to:
- Identify and execute sustainability projects that drive significant cost reductions and/or cash flow increases
- Identify, capture, and document “hidden” sustainability benefits in their cost-reduction efforts
- Identify and pursue “green funds” – grants, incentives, and tax credits available for projects to reduce waste and carbon/energy footprint
- Establish a green sourcing program to enable cost savings via content substitution, waste reduction, and lower usage; increasing value derived from suppliers for a given level of cost

- Measure and report the financial and non-financial outcomes of sustainability initiatives – increased transparency and reduced risk
- Improve leadership visibility into and oversight of the company’s sustainability efforts and their associated costs and benefits
